Kelly (5 Star) from Woodstock GA, Hwy 92 has exceptional communication qualities and phenomenal patience with customers. She improvises for the lack of quality serviceability of Public Storage customer service on-line chat / email. Being a long-term customer, some information needed revising. There was a customer before me who also needed updated information on two units within two different states. Kelly patiently updated all information and provided simplified useful instructions for future use. She also updated my information in prompt order, in addition to resolving current issues. Communication with Public Storage customer service via email (still awaiting response from March 4) and or phone was a nightmare. Nonexistence. Kelly provided a substantial outstanding difference. This requirement is a necessity that is absent in the company.
