When I started my reservation online, she called me right away to see if there were any questions I needed answered and just thanked me for considering Public Storage. She walked me through how to complete my online reservation and informed me about the Public Storage app (that makes gate access much easier). When I and my husband called the store location (2 separate occasions) for additional questions, we didn't get a answer so we left a message both times. Karen responded to our voice messages with a call with in 10-15 mins on both occasions.
