Charles and Ally at the Public Storage 801 - Matthews Township Office listened to my concerns today and helped to resolve my questions quickly. I am actually renting 2 units through them and have been very pleased with their professional and courteous help as I chose the units (size and location) to best meet our needs. I continue to find them very helpful and plan to stay with Public Storage because of them.
