Public Storage is a scam. I signed up for their Fall 50% sale in November 2023 and was promised by the person assisting me that the unit price would not go up for at least a year or more. They have already raised my rate twice. This company does the bait and switch. They lie to get you to sign up, but once you are signed up and locked into your contract, they say there is nothing they can do about the rates getting higher. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I am going to report them to the BBB.
