Today, I visited Public Storage at 1020 N McCarran Blvd, Reno, NV 89512. I wanted to inspect my unit and add a lock to my unit. I had the wonderful experience of meeting and working with Nay. My storage room door was hard for me to raise. Nay is very respectful, supportive, amd professional. Nay was able to find me another roll up door unit and got me transferred to the new unit. Moving is hard and stressful. However, Nay gave me a piece of my. Immediately, I felt less stress amd could continue with my moving plans. Previously, I have rented from Public Storage.
