The rental charge was set to increase once again for a 10'x10' storage unit that I've had for years and I needed to extend the length of time to store the contents. But, better yet, she told me that rental prices have dropped and that I could rent a unit of the same size down the hallway from the current unit's location for a lot lower price: She suggested that I go online at publicstorage.com to check the rental price for the unit, which was even lower than the local office prices! I rented a new unit online: The process was easy and fast; the move-in information and app have been helpful; and I am saving more than $400.00 by moving to another unit. Yes, this makes me happy!!
