Although I was initially really frustrated because of the lack of guidance and the online payment feature wasn't working meeting Stony at the Chanhassen MN location made up for all of it. Public Storage!! You should know how lucky you are to have an employee like Stony. He is genuinely, a customer service expert, he should be training employees not just for Public Storage but all businesses. Like I said I was having issues with the online process, he noticed that I didn't complete it and didn't want me to miss the $1 special so he moved my reservation so I wouldn't lose the opportunity. I can't tell you how much that helped me. I am in my broke af season so I greatly appreciate him taking the initiative to do that for me. I am brand new to Public Storage, he explained everything, so thoroughly and concise I felt like I had a unit there forever. He really is a remarkable individual and you should make sure you don't lose him.
