When asked how to obtain the use of one when the office is locked during regular business hours during a week day, the office representative offered no option for contacting them to assist tenant with obtaining one for use in loading/unloading, and then laughed because I wasn't the first person to ask how to remedy this situation. She stated she's there to collect a paycheck and has no control over what happens. Very Disappointed.
