At 3150 Pioneer Parkway, Arlington, Texas Manager Aixa has changed my mind totally about Public Storage. For the approximately 6 years I have had this unit in Arlington, for 5 of those years, the customer service there has been awful. The main issue was leaving messages and no one responding...ever. So a month ago our banking account was hacked and we needed to postpone a payment for a week or so. I tried calling over and over for days with no response. Finally after manipulating the corporate office customer service, I received a call from Aixa. Not only was she kind, responsive, and considerate, but she was honest and did everything she said she would try to do and more. Exceptional employee......
