Now the is also a follow up from my last review. As I was fired for Domestic Battery. My charges were dropped after Being investigated by the state attorney. PUBLIX still refuses to give me my job back. But PUBLIX also has a manager that Has a domestic battery. And He is a manager he was never fired. That just goes to show that they were firing me over my hurt foot. I have been dealing with my Foot for almost 2 years. And was going to get physical therapy and if that didn’t work was going to get surgery until PUBLIX fired me. I have done nothing wrong. I worked for PUBLIX for seven years. And had no problems with any other managers. And all the other managers always thought I was one of their best employees. This is not a very good image for PUBLIX. I have a hurt Foot and on FMLA. My wife was having issues and PUBLIX instead did not want to reach out and try and help us. They fired me. And when my wife told Publix that I did not commit a domestic battery on her, they told her she was lying. And then started harassing her. PUBLIX is a very hostile work environment and it starts from the higher-ups. I sat here and told PUBLIX the truth on everything that happened and they want to treat me like I’m a criminal.
