I went to Publix because a ordered my sandwich online at approximately 1:07 it said it would be ready by 1:45 when I got to the store I was about 10 mins early so I patiently waited for my sandwich to be made because I figured you all were backed up with orders so no problem about 1:50 I asked the lady about my sandwich she said they were still in the back making it ,as time began goin by and I’m almost runnng late for work and everyone else is getting serviced but me and asked do they need help but me , but then as a whole 25 mins began to go by I began to get aggitated as employees began walking off going to break and still I receive no sandwich, then long story short I left without my sandwich, and I never even received a order saying it was done or anything, I believe that was very unprofessional and rude and I will never step foot back in that Publix again
