I’ve been a loyal and usually a satisfied customer of Publix for 40 years. This past week I experienced something that was totally out of sorts- 8pm on a Wednesday, went to the deli to purchase sliced meat and cheese only to be told the deli was closed due to not enough staff. The young lady was very apologetic. I don’t blame her for the situation but I do wonder when corporate is going to solve the repeated issues with the Deli departments. From reading these reviews, the Deli seems to be a continuous common frustration for shoppers
everywhere. 🫤
