My walkthrough noted numerous issues not completed. Field Manager was not ready, nor the house for this. Painters painted ceiling and now I am on my hands and knees scraping up paint they left! Their customer service stops and you close. I should have delayed it due to unfinished issues. Dryer vent not hooked up, cabinets out of alignment, horrible tile job. They are interested in money only and could care less if you complain! Executives don’t answer consumer emails. No mailboxes, I must drive 1/4 mile to a bank of mailboxes. They hire the worst subs in the industry and none speak English! I have built 4 homes in south Florida and Pulte is by far the very worst. Can’t sue them, contract says arbitration only. Caveat Emptor
