We heard that a few times. 3. Assured that the lot below 22 was a common area and confirmed by her manager to find out…oh wait phase 3 now says different. 4. Trying to push off all other lots after we specifically said we only were interested in 22. The final was telling us they now are giving that lot to someone else.

“Horrible Mortgage, Sales, and builder service. We were pre-approved for a home from the Pulte Mortgage and paid the deposit of $20K, and in the last month of closing, we were asked to have a co-signer or come up with a $250K down payment. During the walkthrough, we asked them to fix a few items, and they assured us they would before closing, but only some of the items were fixed. After closing, we asked them to complete the requested items. However, the request went into a Black hole. The front door would not lock when I went to the sales office to see why the front door had not been fixed yet. Of course, the salesperson (Nick Haynes) had no idea and said to call the builder. The salesperson also asked me to leave and not return to the sales office again, and he said if I didn't go, he would call the police. I wish he would have! Poor customer service does not pay attention to the quality of work. Make excuses for every request we make to fix the faulty items (builder person Joe). “Do not buy a home built by Pulte Group. We've had an issue with our kitchen window since we moved in. Despite us reaching multiple times, the issue still hasn't been resolved. The last time the contractor told us, unfortunately, it's about as good as it's going to get.
I just called their warranty division and was told it's too late because the two-year warranty expired in September. So, despite us raising this concern at the one-year mark and subsequently, they've now washed their hands completely from the issue.
From our experience, Pulte will do the bare minimum in an effort to scrape every penny out of their homes. Again, DO NOT BUY a home from Pulte.”

The materials used is of low quality, the builders are low-skilled, menagerie’s who must controlled the building process not much care and they always said that they had too many houses to check. We paid for the tiles in the kitchen bag splash and in accordance with the model, the tiles are installed on the openings between the windows behind the sink in the kitchen. In our hose this spots was missing. We discovered it by accident after a year of life and we had to pay to tile guy to installed tiles, but this is not right, because this job has to be done according to contract. Customer service from construction managers cru below 0 Llewelyn, poor communications with buyers. We want to warn everyone who is trying to build a house with Pulte to think everything over ten times before making a decision.”
“Pulte says they are a luxury home builder. NOT! Do not buy a house if they are the builder. They are unresponsive about issues until they can say it has been too long to do anything. During our ownership, the garage door fell down, the cabinets fell off the wall, all the lighting was installed incorrectly which caused dark rooms and gaps between the lights and the ceiling, they did not duct the basement correctly so it was always cold, the attic vents were installed incorrectly which caused leaks after the first windy rain storm. “BEWARE of any home built by Putle. They do not stand behind their work. They promote an amazing warranty but never follow through. They do sub par work and leave you with major issues from move in. When you try to have major key items properly fixed they quickly tell you tough luck. One of many major issues we have is our back yard floods anytime it slightly rains. We have been quoted 20K to fix a grading issue that we brought to their attention a few weeks after move in. They could care LESS. Do your homework on their reviews. This is nicest thing I could say of them. We had a full year of other issues we had to fight to fix while I was 8 months pregnant. They do not mind wasting your time.”
