Pulte says they are a luxury home builder. NOT! Do not buy a house if they are the builder. They are unresponsive about issues until they can say it has been too long to do anything. If anyone wants to join me in a class action law suit, I can give you my contact info. During our ownership, the garage door fell down, the cabinets fell off the wall, all the lighting was installed incorrectly which caused dark rooms and gaps between the lights and the ceiling, they did not duct the basement correctly so it was always cold, the attic vents were installed incorrectly which caused leaks after the first windy rain storm.
