We were looking forward to building with Pulte Homes in the Suntero location of Nevada. However, the Sales Rep, Ashley Barth completely wasted our time by stringing us along. She repeatedly told us one thing and then come back to us with the complete opposite. 1. The pool could be included in the mortgage. Later-oops Nevermind it can’t, we don’t do business with that company anymore. Something a seller should know I would think. 2. The lot we were interested in would be open by the end of the month. We heard that a few times. 3. Assured that the lot below 22 was a common area and confirmed by her manager to find out…oh wait phase 3 now says different. 4. Trying to push off all other lots after we specifically said we only were interested in 22. The final was telling us they now are giving that lot to someone else. We no longer wish to do business with someone so dishonest and unaware.
