I am delighted with your refill service! Its good to know I am not using up more plastics and the lower cost of the product without a new container makes it really good value for money even allowing for the cost of posting the containers back . I wanted refills of some products not on your website so I ordered the closest similar thing, assuming you no longer made these products .I didn't realise you could only put the same product in the original container and you kindly did this as well as sending me the new products for free! This was incredibly generous of you and much appreciated, allowing me to enjoy an even greater range of your lovely products.
