I tried the hair products whilst staying at the Brimstone earlier this year and was impressed at how it made my normally dull and prone to frizz hair feel. didn’t get chance to buy it on my way back home (just an idea but would it not make sense to have the brimstone sell your products to guests) and decided to order some online. Came quickly and my hair has been equally as good since using it (I had wondered whether it was different water type having the impact). I would like to see a 1 litre refillable pouch to decant into the bottles to make them more sustainable. A 5 litre bottle is too much for an individual but perfect for a hotel guest. You are missing a huge opportunity by not supplying refills to the consumer in this way! I’m not sure I would post my bottles back to be refilled as this is too much of a faff and takes the risk that the containers get lost in our poor postal system .
