Waited more than 1/2hr for bus. V long queue so clearly a buss hadn’t been for some time before we arrived at stop ‘E’. Bus was crammed full - clearly overloaded and some people not able to board. Arrived at key collection point to find only few people disembarked so the bus must have been delivering other people somewhere else? Collected key with no indication of where car was parked!
