Have used Purple Parking at Gatwick a few times now and have always found it reliable and easy to use. This time i flew from South Terminal but the ticket given for the return bus said collection was at the North terminal, it was a bit of a faff going from South to North terminal and then to the bus stop, we then found out that the bus does pick up at South Terminal after all, so this was an admin error that we could have done without after a 9 hour flight home, but these things happen and overall the experience was still very good and i would still recommend.
