I have been an avid user of your drop and go for many many years. However the last 4 times of using this service my vehicle has not be available and I’ve had to wait anywhere between 35-60 mins for my car to be delivered. This time only to be told that if I pay more money ( there is a click box ) they guarantee my car will be ready !!!!
