Positives: customer service inside, ease of dropping key off, picking up very good, including booking online - excellent.
Negatives: on arrival, made slight mistake of taking wrong turn to entrance on arrival at 430am, was greeted by staff car with violent horn, I apologised, but they continued to sound off horn. Staff, more than anyone, should understand that mistakes can be made, perhaps not speeding on the inside of the van in a hurry to get to work, would have eased the situation.
On pick up, the van was Parked at rear of car park out of the way, which is good tbh, because of the size of the vans/campervans etc, however they were parked in tight front wards, which made reversing out with other large vehicles around you, a big nightmare. There is loads of room at the rear of car park, ensuring the driver only has to drive frwd out of the parking spot, is a small change, but makes a massive difference.
