Found Luton site quite easily (did use satnav). Easy entry with online booking. Pleasant and helpful staff on duty. Shuttle to airport approx 12 mins. Return from airport 7 days later again no problems- shuttle collected several of us returnees after approx 15 mins wait at Luton arrivals busstop -there is a QR code at busstop to advise where/when shuttle is enroute. Key collection for boxsafe at parking site @3am also easier than expected.Overall good service and value for amount paid.
