When booking online the website specifically stated that we would keep our keys, upon arriving to the car park this was not the case, had i had known i would have booked regular long stay parking, and the fact that I had a flight to catch i did not have time to argue this or arrange alternatives so was forced to leave my keys with the staff, no member of staff is willing to walk around the car with you at drop to inspect any damages at drop off and pick up so had my car been damaged it would have been hear say, more hassle than it's worth for only a £6 saving from the airports own parking
