The customer service was excellent, I was impressed. I made a mistake with the car park that I booked and realised the night before. I phoned first thing on the day, it was all sorted very quickly in a friendly and professional manner. As others have mentioned, we had a slight problem finding the parking, but that’s because a competitor has purple signs that are confusing and distracted us, so we went to them first. Checking in, and collecting the car was very smooth, the only negative thing I’d say is that the car was covered in mud down one side, so not sure what the parking situation was
