Dropping the car off and bus to the Terminal was fine. Returning was not good. Having boarded the bus at Terminal 2, we then went on a tedious tour of the airport to pick up at Terminal 5. There were a lot of people waiting there and there wasn't enough room in the racks for their luggage, many had to stand. Previously you had separate buses for Terminal 5: you should reinstate that.
