A member of staff left the driver's door not properly shut and unlocked. This resulted in the power being left on (the car is electric) which partially drained the traction battery. I had to contact head office twice by on-line chat to request that a call be made to the park and that the door be closed and locked. The park appears to have no public telephone number. After recovering the car I had to charge it in order to get home. Not impressed! Against this the bus driver on the return journey was great - cheerful and helpful.
