We used Manchester Airport Meet and Greet. The first problem was the postcode on the confirmation email took us to Terminal 1 M&G instead of Terminal 2 so had to find it ourselves having no knowledge of the airport.
Coming back it would be helpful if an explanation of which exit to go out of to find the M&G reception was provided.
