Diabolical… AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! 3 viewers since august 2021, massively undervalued house and still didn’t sell it, referred to Auction company even though local agents have valued it at £20k more and no sign board up for last 2 months and when there was a sign board up at start of development there was no house number on it or board at the property. And still trying to charge me £1400. A complete and utter shambles! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!
