A house for sale through them in my town was up for sale at a ridiculously low value, resulting in masses and masses of people booking viewings for a house they may well have thought they could afford, going by PP price. There was never any way that the property was going to be sold at the low sale price and PP doing this probably wasted a lot of people's time. Put in an offer stg 10k over the asking price, which still made it insanely cheap for the area we are talking about and naturally it was declined. Fair enough but then the negotiation window opened but never really worked properly. There were several offers, some of which were made by people who hadn't even viewed it! Guess it went to one of these people, likely a developer. If Purple Bricks had put up a realistic sale pride in the first place people would have had a better idea where they stood.
Wouldn't touch them with a bargepole now, as a buyer or seller
