Phil was always polite, professional and approachable; giving realistic deadlines whilst being attentive to any potential pitfalls during the selling process. I highly recommend this gentleman and his team to anyone hoping to sell their house in the Solihull area of the West Midlands through Purple Bricks. The only minor downside perhaps is Purple Bricks's productivity app which can be a little counterintuitive and "fluffy" at times, but all-in-all, we received an excellent all-round service from this estate agency group
