Do not use this company. I marketed in May and it’s been the worst experience ever. Houses around us keep selling and everyone is shocked our house is still on the market. We’ve had agents changing with no update or introduction, Prospective buyers telling us it took 10 days to get an appointment, taking our own photos to replace the terrible professional ones, no contact for weeks on end from our agent…..The list is endless! We are now being held to ransom by this company and the stress it’s caused to our family is horrific. I’ve officially complained and they’ve admitted the service hasn’t been as they’d expect but the pathetic offer of compensation will never compensate for the undue stress, loss of money, loss of deposit on our new build, etc. Please don’t use this company! Certainly not in West Lothian.
