Difficult to get hold of the agent, not particularly helpful, Did not suggest strategies so did not feel like I was dealing with an experienced proper agent. Did not call back potential buyers. After sales, can't be bothered to return calls. Buyers pulled out of potential house sales 3 times because they found purple bricks and the conveying company was very poor. Waste of the best part of 2k. Worst estate agent I have used. They did not make enough effort to sell my house and after 10 months they now demand payment even though they advertised their services as “no sale, no payment”. Although the buyers pulled out of their house sale, they are claiming that the house did sell and the “no sale, no payment” offer no longer applies. The app has lots of glitches so it is difficult to arrange viewings properly. People who view do not use the app either so it is challenging to rearrange times.
