Lack of communication/ feedback. Frequently unable to contact the local rep. My house was initially over-valued by them, despite my initial request of a 50,000 lower price, hence very little interest. I was wrongly advised that by launching my house at their suggested price, I would attract both prospective buyers looking for a house in the £600,000 bracket, and the £ 500,000 bracket. What misleading nonsense was that!? They also mislaid my keys, causing delays in the EPC inspection. . I eventually went with another company who sold my house within two weeks. Online estate agents are rubbish. Avoid at all costs! This one especially! You still have to pay their exorbitant fee ( minus £100 by way of an “apology.” in my case.
