HAVING PHONED PURPLE BRICKS FOR AN EXPLANATION THERE WAS NO APOLOGY OR REASON TO THIS!!!!! IT CAUSED A LOT OF DISTRESS ESPECIALLY WHEN FAMILIES KEPT TURNING UP TO VIEW! STILL WAITING AN EXPLANATION!!!! DISGRACEFUL
