First heater arrived damaged, hadn’t been packaged well enough. Having seen the heater I spoke to the company as I thought the timing settings on it wasn’t good enough but was assured it was. So replacement heater arrived and it wasn’t up to job. So I ordered an upgraded model, this then arrived damaged too. 10 days later after first heater arriving damaged no heaters had been picked up so I couldnt get a refund. Eventually after several phone calls all 3 heaters were picked up but 4 days later still no refund. Yet another phone call to get my money back! I was reassured an email would be sent and my money refunded. I am still waiting! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!
