“Scam never received my treadmill either. I’ve been waiting on it looking for email. I haven’t received an email got an email but it wasn’t with the right people said it was wrong order number. The order number don’t come like that all the numbers so yeah it’s a scam.”

“I ordered a treadmill more then a month ago and have not received it yet. Tracking app showed I arrived in Lufkin loaded for delivery and delivered all within 5min. Checked with post office. They had never seen it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RIPOFF SITE”

“I received a message that my treadmill was delivered but I never saw it delivered from my ring doorbell bell. I emailed them and haven’t received a response from them. This was a Scam!!!”

“I received notification that my treadmill was delivered. Nowhere to be found outside. Call USPS, give them tracking number, not an USPS tracking number. Sent an email. See if I hear from them. You can’t even find a phone number to call. Pretty sure it’s a scam, seeing all the reviews stating they haven’t received theirs. I hope I can get a refund from my bank when I show these reviews. Should’ve known it was too good to be true.”

“First heater arrived damaged, hadn’t been packaged well enough. Having seen the heater I spoke to the company as I thought the timing settings on it wasn’t good enough but was assured it was. So replacement heater arrived and it wasn’t up to job. So I ordered an upgraded model, this then arrived damaged too. 10 days later after first heater arriving damaged no heaters had been picked up so I couldnt get a refund. Eventually after several phone calls all 3 heaters were picked up but 4 days later still no refund. Yet another phone call to get my money back! I was reassured an email would be sent and my money refunded. I am still waiting! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!”
