The best customer service! My husband bought me a bag for Christmas that he thought was perfect for me. Unfortunately, it didn't fit my needs. My emails were answered quickly and I was able to return the bag and receive a refund. I have two R.Riveter bags that do fit my needs. The quality is outstanding. I'll be buying another bag soon.
