*Justine contacted me from Riveter Customer Service almost immediately and shared her acknowledgment of my feedback, her genuine apology for the service experience and conveyed how she’d like to help resolve. She connected me with Laura, store manager, who met with me, discussed my experience from my visit and took in my handbag repairs. I was able to explore and shop the new fall floral print. I was really pleased with the care they provided. I’m especially happy to have my repaired bags back. They look great! Thank you Justine, Laura and team R.Riveter!* The customer service was definitely lacking on my visit. The one and only R.Riveter salesperson in the store during my visit was lacking the energy and helpfulness I usually receive. The salesperson seemed indifferent that I was there. I’m a diehard Riveter customer. It is the only handbag I choose to purchase and carry. I’m hesitant to return to shop because I do not believe I will receive the customer service that should be offered. I purchased the grey Augusta nearly a year ago and the R.Riveter signature is peeling off. I wonder if Riveter may remedy this with a sewn on logo tag that now seems to the tag attached in the updated Augusta.
