You keep asking for a review, so here one is. I ordered a bag for my wife directly from the web page. It wasn't quite what she expeced so we returned it. We were not given a refund, but a 'store credit'. For less than what we paid because, we were told, it was a special order. Which it was not. It was right off the rack, so to speak. So, my wife found another bag that looked nice and we were told that one was not in stock. So much for the 'special order' nonsense. We asked to be notified when the purse became available again. So, we wait. And wait. Here is what you can do. Refund the entire purchase price to my credit card. The hell with this 'store credit' dodge. Still notify us when the bag is available. Until then I will appreciate a full refund. So far I am very disappointed with you. (Remember, you asked for a review.)
