I purchased a rack on Saturday , from an eager, but new employee. His efforts were good - but I am an uneducated shopper and needed support. Unfortunately the rack which he sold me was incorrect - and I was informed until I installed it and went to pick up my bike. 3 days later - I attempted my best to load everything and headed back out to Rack Attack. I was feared about getting my money back $1200.00 rack .. and not getting the support I needed. Well I arrived at 10AM opening time and was greeted by Justin ! This guy was amazing - I explained my situation and he was so apologetic.. and SO helpful. This guy knows his STUFF .. it was a pleasure to deal with him, and I left with a rack that is now suited for my bike. If you need racks - go to RACK ATTACK - and Justin is amazing !
