William at the rack attack in Framingham is a lifesaver!!! When our factory installed hitch wasn’t working to tow a U-Haul to bring my kid to college across the country. The Toyota dealership wanted to charge $750 to replace it. William took a look at it. Did a little work with some dialectical grease and a scraper And it started working. Told me to go home get a little brush get in there really clean out the corrosion that’s what I did and it is now working great!!! We might depart a few hours later tomorrow cause I still have to go get the trailer but better than spending that much money to replace something that didn’t need to be replaced Well, definitely go back there again and recommend them to everyone
