We were traveling from Utah to California and hit high winds that took our Kayaks off and broke our rack. Called spoke with Ed and he said they could probably get us fixed. Stopped by and sure enough Ed was true to his word, and very affordable for everything that they had to do. I am so pleased with the service and price.
