Within two days of purchasing a set of Yakima Sightline towers, I received them. I assembled the first three towers and noticed that the fourth tower was missing several parts. I contacted customer service, and within a day and a half, before I even sent back the other pair, they had shipped me a new set. The customer service was exceptional, and the expedited assistance was greatly appreciated.
