I broke the mounting plate on the lifting hinge of my Thule box. Thule North America had no way of finding or replacing the part. Rack Attack pulled the car into their shop and replaced the part in less time than it took for the Rage Against the Machine song Killing in the Name to finish on the radio. (The lyrics helped us all.). These guys are absolute pros. 10/10.
