The Online Manager Brock was awesome in following up on my order which was weeks late as it had to be submitted to Thule and shipped by Dominion. Despite my frustration that I expressed below, I appreciate the great service of the Brock, the Online Manager in rectifying the problems. OLD REVIEW: The order was delayed several times I’ve still not received it and it’s been weeks since I ordered. Terrible experience in that I called to cancel the order. They agreed to cancel and then two days later said that they would not cancel. Went back-and-forth with them to tell them that I did not Want the product anymore and that nobody would be at the house to receive it and they are still saying they are going to deliver it. It is now 4 to 5 weeks since I ordered and I no longer need it.
