The pre-service support is excellent, as well as the online shopping experience. My order kept getting delayed for delivery by UPS, even though it was already in Montreal. Taking one star off for that one, although I understand it’s not in their control. I had to call UPS to put pressure on getting the item delivered. The UPS rep said either the seller or buyer could’ve contacted them.
