My irrigation system guy said put a wifi unit in so I did / he did. What a mistake. I think wifi technology is beyond rain birds comprehension. The server is down alot and reaching a CS rep ...forget it. ITS Too bad, as if they MAYBE HIRED SOMEONE IN IT that knew what they were doing it might work like 1,000 other wifi devices we all use now.
I'm soo frustrated and would research other brands first. Why do I need to connect to their server anyways? This isn't fo fort Knox or a bank. I will try reaching them once again to get answers and maybe there is a recall?
