Wish I had seen the reviews before ordering on Rain Bird online store. What has happend to this company? Lawn sprinkler controler damaged due to lightning strike sn reordered a replacement. Not shipped on first day for order placed on Sunday, they say they ship same day for orders placed before 9am but did not ship Monday but were able to charge my account on Monday. By Wednesday order was showing shipped via Fed-X but no tracking status available. Friday and still no tracking status available - what gives. Multiple attemps to chat unsuccessful, one attempt to get customer service said 2nd in line and 19 minute wait, responce to email takes 2-4 days. All I can say is I will never have another Rain Bird product in my system and God bless our country if this is the future of our country with AI.
