Terrible support for Rain Bird. I had an issue with the Rain Bird app and called at least three times and they could not figure out what the issue was. They thought it was a software issue and were going to escalate it to their software department and get back to me. They never did. I called again and spoke to support he said they will get back to you tomorrow never did. They are the worst support they could possibly be. If you have a major issue you are on you own. They say what you want to hear and that's it.
